Unused lighting fixtures and components may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Due to the custom nature of landscape lighting installations, installed products and professional installation services are generally not eligible for return. However, Guaranteeddesira provides comprehensive warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement.
All lighting fixtures installed by Guaranteeddesira are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement.
To file a warranty claim:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Service agreements may be cancelled prior to the start of installation work. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of project development and materials ordered. Please review your service agreement for specific cancellation terms.
If you receive a defective product, please contact Guaranteeddesira immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty and our quality guarantee.
