Guaranteeddesira is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and warranty claims related to our landscape lighting products and services.

Product Returns

Unused lighting fixtures and components may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of purchase
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain items

Installed Products and Services

Due to the custom nature of landscape lighting installations, installed products and professional installation services are generally not eligible for return. However, Guaranteeddesira provides comprehensive warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement.

Warranty Claims

All lighting fixtures installed by Guaranteeddesira are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement.

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Guaranteeddesira with your service agreement number
  2. Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
  3. Schedule an inspection if necessary
  4. We will repair or replace defective items covered under warranty

Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-ordered or special-order products
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Consultation fees and design services
  • Labor costs for completed installation work
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper installation

Cancellation Policy

Service agreements may be cancelled prior to the start of installation work. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of project development and materials ordered. Please review your service agreement for specific cancellation terms.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact Guaranteeddesira immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty and our quality guarantee.
